What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Because these are research materials, we don’t accept returns, and we don’t offer refunds or exchanges on correct orders. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@pepxcompounds.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Lost or stolen packages are covered only if you added shipment protection at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I access Certificate of Analysis?
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the lab report for a specific batch of a compound, showing its test results. You can find COAs two ways: on the COAs page in our top menu, where all reports are listed, or on each product’s page, where the COA for that compound is shown with its listing. If you can’t find the report for your batch, contact us at info@pepxcompounds.com with your order number.
Are your compounds third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory using HPLC to verify purity, which is 99% or higher. Results are documented in a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each batch.
Are these products intended for human use?
No. All products from PEPX Compounds are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and they are not drugs, foods, or supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), and many ship the same day. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Standard shipping is $10 and typically arrives in 1–5 business days, and it’s free on orders over $200. 2-Day shipping (USPS Priority Mail) is $20, and Next Day shipping (UPS Next Day Air or USPS Priority Mail Express) is $60. Shipment protection is available at checkout for $1 per $100. We currently ship within the U.S. only.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
